Girl's Spring 3 on 3 Hockey League
League Information... This 8 game season runs May – June 2012. All games played on the weekends in Burlington. Each team consists of 9 skaters and 1 goalie. Both team and individual entries accepted. Rep and House League divisions available.
Benefits of 3 on 3 Hockey... With additional time and space each player will improve upon their skating, shooting, puck control, passing, and creativity skills. No icings and limited stoppages means fast paced, end to end action!

Individual Entree: 219 +HST Team Entree:$209 + HST each when you register as a team of 10 (9 skaters = 1 goalie)

Girls Development Clinics- Hockey Instruction for Females, by Females.
Supplement your regular season hockey routine with this unique 10 week program designed specifically for females and instructed by females. While at this clinic your daughter will develop and improve upon her forward and backward stride, crossovers, explosiveness, agility, edge control, power skating, shooting, puck control and much more!
Girls Beginner Program - Specifically designed for girls just starting their hockey careers.
Ages: 5-9 years old

This unique 10 week clinic is designed to elevate all aspects of your daughter’s game. Program will emphasize power skating, explosive movements, lateral movement, edge control, quick feet, puck control and shooting.

Summer Shooting & Puck Control Camps
Shooting: Shooting with confidence and proper shot selection. Emphasis on shooting in MOTION. Students will learn the proper technique of the wrist shot, snap shot, back hand, slap shot and one timer.
Puck Control: Game specific drills designed to teach confidence with the puck while under pressure.
Program Dates: July & August (choose your week and time) When: Monday – Friday 1 hour per day (5 sessions)
Class Size: 5 Students per session (small classes)

Speed School Camp
“Speed school” is program designed to improve a player’s acceleration, quickness, lateral movement, agility, balance, and overall conditioning. By improving these skills your daughter will become faster, stronger, and more confident both with and without the puck.

KinderSkate Camp
Camp Focus...
Kinderskate Camp is great program to introduce your child to skating. With small class sizes (6 kids) your child will receive a ton of 1 on 1 attention. With an overall focus on fun and development your child will learn the basics of skating while participating in games and activities they love.

• 1 hour per day
• 6 Students per session (small classes)

Rent a Coach
Rent a coach, is a program tailored towards your teams specific needs. Sometimes players need to hear instruction from a different voice. Rent a coach gives you that voice. Whether you want a practice tailored towards power skating, shooting, high tempo, breakouts, transitional play, power play, penalty kill, etc. we come to your teams practice ice with a practice plan specificto your teams needs. And yes, we do attend those bright and early 6am practice times!!
Cost: $90 per hour practice

Shooting Clinics
Shooting clinics can take place during your teams practice time or on the shooting pad. Participants will learn and improve their skills in the following areas:
- Proper shooting technique for wrist, snap and slap shots
- Accuracy and power
- Quick release
- Dekeing technique
Clinics can be booked in 30 minute increments and offer a low student to teacher ratio. Both team and private sessions available.
Cost: $50+tax per half hour session (Max 4 shooters)
