Girl's SUMMER 3 on 3 Hockey League
League Information... This 7 game season runs July – August 2012. All games played on Sundays in Burlington. Each team consists of 9 skaters and 1 goalie. Both team and individual entries accepted.
Benefits of Small Ice 3 on 3 Hockey... When you confine the space you quicken the pace. Players will have to think and react quicker. Puck protection and quick transitions will be a necessity. Goalies will have to be at the ready as shots can come from ANYWHER at ANYTIME. No icings and limited stoppages means fast paced, end to end action!

Team Entree: $180 + HST each when you register as a team of 10 (9 skaters = 1 goalie.

Women’s Beginner Skills & Drills
“Make your own darn dinner, I’m playing hockey tonight!”
Description: This program is for women 19 years of age or older who want to develop their game. While at this clinic you will improve upon your forward and backward stride, power skating, crossovers, puck control, shooting, and much more!!

Girls Development Clinics- Hockey Instruction for Females, by Females
Supplement your regular season hockey routine with this unique 10 week program designed specifically for females and instructed by females. While at this clinic your daughter will develop and improve upon her forward and backward stride, crossovers, explosiveness, agility, edge control, power skating, shooting, puck control and much more!
Girls Beginner Program - Specifically designed for girls just starting their hockey careers.

This 20 game season runs October – March 2012. Games played Thursday nights at 8:30PM or 9:30PM at the Burlington Pond. Each team consists of 9 skaters and 1 goalie. Both team and individual entries accepted.

When you confine the space, you quicken the pace! With no offside’s or icings you will enjoy fast paced, end to end action! Less players on the ice, means MORE individual development with the puck!

Shooting Clinics
Shooting clinics can take place during your teams practice time or on the shooting pad. Participants will learn and improve their skills in the following areas:
- Proper shooting technique for wrist, snap and slap shots
- Accuracy and power
- Quick release
- Dekeing technique
Clinics can be booked in 30 minute increments and offer a low student to teacher ratio. Both team and private sessions available.
Cost: $50+tax per half hour session (Max 4 shooters)

Rent a Coach
Rent a coach, is a program tailored towards your teams specific needs. Sometimes players need to hear instruction form a different voice. Rent a coach gives you that voice. Whether you want a practice tailored towards power skating, shooting, high tempo, breakouts, transitional play, power play, penalty kill, etc. we come to your teams practice ice with a practice plan specific to your teams needs. And yes, we do attend those bright and early 6am practice times!!
Cost: $90 per hour practice
